It all starts before sunrise
While Skipton sleeps, our ovens are already hard at work. Dough is mixed and fermented overnight, pastries are baked fresh each morning and the first coffees are poured long before the doors open.

Proper coffee
Great baking deserves great coffee. Whether you’re after a flat white before work or an extra-long catch-up over brunch, every cup is brewed using carefully sourced beans and served just the way it should be.

FAQs
Do you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?
Yes. A lot of what we bake is made fresh in-house, so just ask at the counter and we’ll talk you through what’s in everything. We do our best to label allergens, though we can’t promise against cross-contamination in a busy bakery kitchen.
Do you have gluten-free or vegan options?
We usually have a few, and what’s on changes with the day’s bake. Pop in or drop us a line and we’ll let you know what’s available.
Are dogs welcome?
Absolutely. Four-legged visitors are very welcome on the ground floor and at The Hatch. Water bowls are always on hand, and our puppuccinos have already proved pretty popular too
Do you sell out?
Yes! Everything is made fresh in limited batches, so once it’s gone, it’s gone. If there’s something you’ve got your eye on, we’d recommend getting here early.
